These apartments are INFESTED WITH BED BUGS!!!!!!! That is just one of the MANY problems!!! DO NOT RENT HERE unless you dont mind coming home to an out dated ugly in appearance in all aspects, the dumpsters are ALWAYS RUNNING OVER WITH GARBAGE from the inside to around the dumpster!!! The apartment complex is FILLED with trash every where you walk!! They have a guy that is supposeed to clean up every morning but of course it is half done!! EVERY DAY THERE IS OLD NASTY LOOKING TORN UP FURNITURE sitting in the street that someone has had to get rid of because of the BED BUG INFESTATION!!!!!! The office makes you sign an BED BUG paper stating that they are not responsible if you happen to ever get it but THEY KNOW the apartment will already have so you have to come out of pocket 280 dollars to get it taken care of!!! The office staff is SO UNPROFFESSIONAL and are LIARS who should be working at Mc Donlad's that can barely speak English and are Very inconsistent!!! They will tell you they will have something fixed one day then when you go in there because of course they have NOT done it they seem to EVERY EXCUSE in the book!! Oh and don't ask for coorperate phone number becasue the number they give you no one will ever answer the phone or return your calls!!!! These apartments are OLD, UGLY and NASTY!!! They are BED BUG INFESTED AND ROACH INFESTEDED!!! They are fillied with ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND LAZY INDIVIDUALS THAT DON'T WORK AND ARE SECTION 8 SO THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THESE ISSUES!!! My husband and I work very hard everyday and HATE coming home to this PIECE OF CRAP. First chance we get we are going up to the coorperate office and making them aware if they are not already, of the UNPROFFESIONALISM on this property!!! And lastly, the office is scheduled to close at 5:30pm everyday and they shut the phones off at 5:20 so they dont have to answer anyone like myself that can only call at that time or come up there at that time when I get off work. So I can go in the office 5:20 and they are just all on their cell phones sitting around chatting and then will tell me they are not going to assist me because they already shut computers down and are getting ready to leave in 10 minutes!! HOW UNPROFEESSIONAL IS THAT?? Bad place to live, take my word and DO NOT RENT/ LIVE HERE!!!!!
