Buildings are a little old, the floor creaks even when our CATS walk across it...I can hear normal conversations extremely clear through the thin walls, and I've had to call maintenance for about a billion problems throughout the course of a couple years here (some were pretty serious...huge roof leak, a pipe broke and flooded the kitchen, AC leaked like a gallon a week). If you're only looking at it because it's one of the cheapest apts around, just know that you get what you pay for.

Horrible place to live ! The apartments creek, our balcony was rotting, mold everywhere. Was a week late on rent and they said they were evicting me. The office staff was beyond rude. They gave me an extension only to get a phone call 3 days later calling me a "little girl" and telling me to shut up and I was allowed to speak when she was finished. She told me that even tho I was given an extension she wasn't going to honor that and was following thru with the eviction process. The whole time she was screaming at me on the phone I was trying to tell her id be in the next day with the rent .....mind you I was NEVER late or given them any problems. I turned in the rent the very next day like I told her I would, I only had 3 more months on my lease so I decided to stick it out. Once I moved out of the apartment not only did they keep my $1400 deposit but charged me and extra $55. I took pictures of the horrible living conditions, the mold, and the buildings rotting from the outside. Do not move here.

I recently moved out of these horrible apartments. DO NOT MOVE HERE. I know most often reviews are written by angry people, however I am being completely honest when I say these are the WORST apartments I have ever lived in. BUGS, BUGS, BUGS. The roaches and ants were constantly getting in through the cracks and unsealed windows and doors. The "pest control" consisted of an ignorant old guy practically spraying sugar water around and yelling at us when he continued to ask for help getting rid of the bugs. THE MOLD is ridiculous. We moved in under the impression the black mold growing would be handled, however handle to this place means painted over and fingers crossed it doesn't show. Overall DEFINITELY FIND A NEW PLACE. There are plenty of decent apartments and houses in the area that you can get for the same price and without the drama of this place If I could rate it no stars I would!!!!

Stay away! This place is infested with bedbugs! Save yourself the sores and the heartache! Just plain stay away!

I agree with Angela. My windows are leaking, when I mentioned it to maintenance, I was told it was condensation. My carpet is damp, my air conditioner is always running because it's so humid in my apartment. I can spend another $100 and rent a house in SW Palm Bay. Just waiting till my lease is up...
