I work Mon-Fri from 8am-4pm, keep it low key on weekdays, and explore the city on the weekends. I love to eat, watch movies, travel, and drink some vino :o). The building: *blocks from the beach, *around the corner from the bars and eateries on Broadway * small pool * gated entry *on site washer and dryers. The Apartment: * 3rd floor * quiet complex * elevator * humongo shared bathroom with 2 sinks, tons of storage, and full bath/shower * tons of extra storage in the hallway (check the picture. each person gets 2 extra cabinets) * balcony in living room. great for storing a bike or surfboard * dish washer * weekly rotating parking schedule (1 garage we share). street parking isnt too bad either. * Utilities are $80 and include internet, electricity, and cable. * room is Direct TV ready, unless you dont watch TV Roommate Wish list: * CLEAN! * someone who can respect the shared living space (no one night stands, bootie calls, clingy boyfriends, shady homies, or needy friends welcome) * ok with lights out around 10pm on weekdays * no drugs of any kind * NO Dogs * must clear a credit check * good communicator * considerate space sharer * F, 30+, mature, working professional preferred *** If you currently have living room or kitchen furniture, I are currently looking for a few pieces to add. * Must be able to move in by March 1st, or I will need to move out myself. * 6 month lease, no sublets * Rooms are unfurnished * Must be able to meet and view room before move in date * Please no time-wasting.
