The renter must be a female. The rent is $635 a month including a $55 utility cap. It's very spacious and furnished. The roommate is quiet and rarely there on the weekends. All you'd need to do is apply through the Woodland's office and move in!!! If the lease is transferred by Tuesday, March 4th, I'll give you $200 in cash!!
