We are currently looking for someone to come and be apart of our awesome home!

Our House: We are two super chill, laid back women looking for another great like minded and equally awesome person to rent out our basement apt. One of us is a dog walker by day and musician by night. The other is super creative, also a dog walker, loves to cook and sing in the shower :). We like to have friends over for dinner at times but also enjoy having wine at the end of the day, chatting it up and relaxing. We love having fun and laughing most of all. We also have 3 cats. One of which thinks she a dog. They won't have access to the basement if that isn't desired.

The basement apartment: You will have your own living quarters that includes a sunny and spacious bedroom with a picture window, a livingroom, private entrance and bathroom. It will be available June 1st! The only space that is shared is the kitchen, which is located on the main floor as well as the washer and dryer (which is in the basement).

Location: We are located 3 blocks from Safeway, CVS, and busses that run up georgia toward foggy bottom and silver spring, and 1 block from the 53, 54 S2 & S4

We are have having an open house TONIGHT! 7:30- 9 PM

This price doesn't include utilities which range from 50- 70 a month.
