I have a house in East Austin for rent. It is a 3BR, 2BA although the 3rd
bedroom is more like a study. It is close to the MLK Metrorail stop and is
about 2 miles from UT and downtown. It offers easy access to I35, Airport,
183, the airport etc. It has a detached garage and a storage building in the
back yard. The back yard has a fence offering privacy from the rear neighbor's
house.
I'd prefer a long term lease. I'd also prefer tenants without pets, although I
might be willing to discuss this.
The house is having some improvements made which should be done around the end
