Central air and heat. New Pella windows installed last year. Only bill you will pay--electric, split with me. ~$80. No cable, open to it though--internet and water is provided courtesy landord upstairs.

You'll be located on one of the most beautiful blocks in DC. And steps from U street, Cork, Masa 14, Bar Pilar, The Black Cat, and all the awesomeness of 14th street. Great neighbors, well-shaded street lined with mature ginkos. Street parking. No pets. Electric stove. Washer/dryer. Dishwasher. Landlord is cool with us using backyard to eat/lounge.

YOU: preference for male roommate. Gay or gay-friendly (see below). Must be a clean person. Credit history will be required to be submitted along with your rental application. The lease will be from June 1st 2012 - June 1st 2013.

ME: I'm a 35 y.o single gay male. I love food and cooking and I manage a farmers market and a food shop. When I'm not crazy busy I like to go out and enjoy dinner and drinks with friends, gym, bike, walk the neighborhood, visit with the landlord upstairs, or veg out at home.
