South End apartment looking for a 4th short term roommate
We are looking to sublet our 4th room for the summer. It is the perfect room
for a summer in the city. We are located in the South End next to the BU
Medical. The 1, SL4, SL5 are a block away. If you don't like the bus, the
orange line is a 10 minute walk. There is plenty of street parking for those
who have a car. You will have to register for a South End parking permit(which
is gold anyways). No pets are allowed in the building.
The room is small with a large window that takes up almost the whole wall.
During the day it gets very sunny. This room will be unfurnished and doesn't
have a closet. There is a shared walk-in closet in the hallway. No extra
storage besides the bedroom. Sorry but we don't have the dimensions. To give
you an idea of the size, a twin mattress plus a dresser or desk would fit just
perfectly. A full bed will be snug.
You would be sharing with 3 female professionals, who are generally out and
about in the city. There are coin operated washer and dryer in the basement.
Also, extra storage down there for anyone that has extra things to store. The
only common space in the apartment is the kitchen and bathroom. Which we like
to keep tidy and clean.
If you consider yourself respectful, clean, considerate, have steady source of
income, and fun please respond.
$400 all utilities included (electricity and internet.)
