Meridian Hill Park with city and park view on the corner of 15th and Belmont
NW. You can see the Capitol and Washington Monument form the room with 5
windows... The location is great with Metros, Buses Restaurants and shops
within walking distance. Museums and Capitol are a short bus or Metro ride.
Walking distance to Whole Foods, famous U st Corridor, Adams Morgan, Dupont
Circle and Columbia Heights . It is it at the edge of these four
neighborhoods.
Tiny sun room I rent which is off of the living .The room is too small for a
person with much stuff and the door is a Japanese screen (which you can't see
through). There are shelves and a garment rack for clothing. Shared bathroom,
I stay in my room until 9am so don't see the person in the morning. It is
possible to go days without seeing the renter. The walls here are all cement,
so its really pretty private.
I am easy going, clean, non-smoking, laid back female. You have full use of
the kitchen; the bed has sheets- You can use my spices, tea and little stuff
like that. Free Wireless access. Laundry Room in the Basement. You can also
use the land line to make and receive calls.
I have been renting my room for over two years and it has always been a good
experience. I have plenty of references. I really want everyone to have a good
experience.
I am usually gone in the evenings and often on the weekends.
There are no more expenses or cleaning required.
