Tiny room with a great view in Trendy neighborhood, close to everything.
Overlooking beautiful Meridian Hill Park with capitol, Washington Monument,
and park view. The location is great with Metros, Buses Restaurants and shops
within walking distance. Museums and Capitol are a short bus or Metro ride.
Nice Building. Very secure.
Walking distance to Whole Foods, famous "U St", Adams Morgan, Dupont Circle
and Columbia Heights . It is it at the edge of these four neighborhoods.
There are tons of bars and small shops and Target and the big stores 6 blocks
away at Columbia Heights.
It's a very tiny sun room which is off of the living .The room is too small
for a person with many belongings and the door is a sturdy Japanese Screen
(you cant see through it). There are shelves and a garment rack for clothing.
Shared bathroom, I sleep late so never see the person in the morning.
Sometimes I go days without seeing the renter. Sometime I show them around
town, it just depends on the person.
I am easy going, clean, non-smoking, quietish female. You have full use of the
kitchen; the bed has sheets- no utilities to pay or any extra payment. You can
use my spices, tea and little stuff like that.

Laundry Room in the Basement.
You can also use the telephone to make and receive calls.
