condo. It is fully furnished with a queen size (sofa) bed, desk, chairs
bookshelf. It has one good-sized closet and its own private bathroom. The
apartment is modern (open-kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless-steel
appliances) and is within walking distance of Whole Foods, P Street, VIDA gym
and bars/restaurants on 14th Street.
Cable tv, wireless internet included. Electric is the only utility cost, about
$60/month or $15/day. Everything else is included.
You'll be sharing the condo with the owner, early 30's Senate staffer (male).
I'm pretty laid-back/easy-going. Home some days by 7 PM, but often go
somewhere after work.
