internet. Really a very nice unit in a phenomenal location (1 block from U St,
1 block from 14th St, 5-10 min walk to U St metro, 10-15 minute walk to Dupont
metro).
Roommate you'd live with is a mid-20s guy who works for the government. Clean
and quiet around the house. Looking for someone similarly respectful.
Rent is $1385/month, plus utilities (probably add $100/month). One month rent
required as security deposit. Street parking only. No pets. Any questions,
