The available bedroom overlooks 16th Street. It has one large window, wood
floors, a chandelier, and built-in shelving. The room is adjacent to the
common area, shares a bathroom with one other occupant, and has a closet
outside the bedroom. The bedroom is unfurnished, but common areas are fully
furnished.
The apartment's interior is newly refinished, with new appliances (kitchen,
bathroom, etc.) The apartment comes with a washer/dryer, AC/heating, and a
dishwasher. There are large windows, skylights, roof access, front yard/patio
space on the ground floor, and a third-floor balcony with outdoor furniture.
Utilities, aside from the water bill, are not included in rent and total
approximately $40/month/person. They are split among the 4 roommates.
The housemates are in their mid-20's, respectful, social, and keep regular
