Our house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a lovely living room, an okay
kitchen, a washer/dryer, and three wonderful roommates. The room we're looking
to rent out is a very large master bedroom with wood floors, two closets and a
private bathroom. The location is fantastic; we're right on U Street, NW
between 17th and 18th. The house is a 10-15 min walk to both the U St and
Dupont Metros. The 90s buses and S buses are just a block or two away. We're
also blocks away from bars in the U St Corridor, Adams Morgan, and Dupont.
The current housemates are 2 female and 1 male young professionals in varying
fields. We're all pretty chill and keep pretty busy. While we mainly keep our
own schedules, we'll occasionally watch tv together or enjoy some delicious
brunch food/baked goods.
Rent is $1,100 a month, not including utilities. You will have to pass a
credit check with our landlord and pay a $200 fee and a security deposit to
get on the month to month lease.
