We are leaving our apartment in Dupont Circle in August from July 29th-August
31st. Please note: the dates are not flexible, the apartment is available only
for the month of August. Additional details below:
Rent: $1300, includes utilizes except internet and cable, which are available
simply at an extra cost
Location: 22nd St and N St. NW. This is a 5-7 min walk from the Dupont metro
(red line), 10 minutes from the Foggy Bottom metro (blue and orange lines).
It's an easy walk to Georgetown (15-20 minutes) and you will have access to
the fantastic food in Dupont Circle.
Furnishings: Fully furnished with everything that you see in the photos. It
was renovated recently so it has a beautiful kitchen with marble countertops,
a gas stove and we will be leaving kitchen appliances in the apartment for
your use.
Appliances: Full size washer/dryer as well as dishwasher in unit.
Financing: One month's rent is required to guarantee the apartment and we will
hold half of that rent as a security deposit to be returned to you within 2
weeks of leaving the apartment.
Additional considerations: No pets, no smokers.
