Rent is normally $800+ per month, so this is a great deal! Also, Internet and
cable are FREE! Utilities are extra, but are usually pretty decent (our
monthly electricity and water bills averaged $30 and $12/month per
person/room, respectively).
The apartment complex is student-friendly, yet relatively quiet.
Management/maintenance is very responsive. Location is awesome -- just a short
walk to Guadalupe and the UT campus! I've really enjoyed my time in the
apartment, but I need to move home because I am graduating and moving to
Houston.
