Move in June 1st. Moving to new location need someone to sublet this 1 bedroom
apt. ASAP.I have a deal right now with the apt complex and my rent is 100
cheaper than if you were to move in to another apt here..there is a background
check fee. you will talk directly to the apt manager. i have lived in this apt
for a year and just singed a new lease. there is 11 months left on the lease.
i do have 2 dogs and have heavy traffic through the area. carpet will be
cleaned before leaving. minor dings in walls but you will not be responsible
for the previous damage. electric stove ,1 bathroom in bedroom sliding mirrors
doors for bedroom closet. ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. no outside
storage, right next door to laundry room. its 618$ plus water witch is average
24 a month for 1 person and about 34$ for 2. if you have pets it will be an
