Hey, hello hi!

My roomies & I are open for another housemate beginning June 1.

Here's the scoop:

Our house is a 3-story, 6-bedroom house with 2 kitchens & 2 bathrooms. We have 1 dog & 1 rabbit. . . & a nice big yard. The house is in NE (being 8 blocks from the Kennedy School, it's part of the "free soaking tub" area!). The main floor has nice wood floors & a spacious living room + dining room (shared space for the main & top floor roomies). We have dishwashers & washer/dryer.

I live in the bottom (finished basement) floor with my daughters (ages 5 & 9). We have our own kitchen, bathroom & entrance to the outside. The kids are on normal(ish) kid schedules. We don't mind noise. We are gone lots. . . many summer travels planned. We are pretty rad ladies.

A lovely lives on the top floor. She works a ton & has her 7 year-old son overnight of Mondays & Tuesdays. They are both pretty rad.

Another lovely lady lives on the main floor (same floor as open room). She is pretty rad.

Open room for rent: wood floors, nice size, ceiling fan & closet.

Although kid-friendly, the house vibe is quite grown-up. We all are chicks in/near our 30's. The big house allows for us to live our own lives (overnight guests, parties, dinners & such) without each being too aware of the other roomies. It also helps that we are all so rad & enjoy rad things together as much as possible.

Rent is $525 including utilities due on the 2nd of the month (June rent due before move-in. A "don't break our shit" deposit of $200 is appreciated. The lease is month-to-month (move-out with a 30-day notice).
