I currently live in a 3 bedroom apartment, but will be moving out ASAP. I am
looking for someone (most preferably a female) who I can sublease my room in
my apartment until July 31st. You will live with my 2 other female roommates
who are very nice and fun. :)
I will require $500 in rent. The bedroom has its own bathroom, a very nice
kitchen, living room, and balcony, as well as a parking spot. In total, for
three months (May, June, July) you will be paying $500 + utilities + cable.
It is hard to predict how much utilities cost since it varies so much, but try
to expect to pay $530-$580 per month of electricity. You would have to pay at
the first of every month.
The apartment is on 24th and Pearl St. It is right next to WC bus route as
well as the E Bus.
