Hospital. Sub-Lease for dates ranging ANYWHERE in-between June 1st and August
15th. I obviously want majority of the date range picked up but I am willing
to accommodate.

Rent is $1200 per month for the apartment. If two people sublease thats $600 a
person. Arrangements can be made to allow up to 4 roommates, making the cost
per person around $300 (needs to be work out with the office).
The water bill is split between all the residents of Great Oak Apartments and
is usually around $30 total. Also, the electric is billed through the city of
Austin and is usually around $45 total. Sharing rent with one person, I
usually pay $630 a month with rent and utilities
