the den as a guest room and office, it is large enough to fit a twin bed,
small dresser, desk and sitting chair. There is a huge sliding door window

countertops and the kitchen has stainless steel appliances. The building is
dog friendly and is even in the process of putting in a dog park on the
premises. There is also a roof top terrace and a state of the art gym in the
building, as well as a great restaurant that just opened up on the first
floor. The apartment is only one block from a brand new Harris Teeter and the
New York avenue metro and only 5 blocks from Union Station. There is garage
parking for an additional fee per month. I am currently in a lease that lasts
until December, so the lease would end in the December unless you choose to
renew it. I am looking to move at the end of June or early July, so I am
