Available June 1. Opening for a roommate in a great house right off 1-35 on E 3rd St. The location is amazing- walking/skipping/biking distance from downtown, Rainy St and East Side bars (Think one mile to GingerMan, quarter mile to Lustre Pearl or White Horse).

The property has a large main house with two bedrooms and bathrooms and a large living room and kitchen. There is also a smaller back house with two bedrooms, separated by a large storage/bike room and a bathroom. There is a huge backyard with a small garden, picnic table, gills and covered porch area. There is also a washer and dryer.

Room is in the back house and is about 200 sq ft with a closet and access to the bike/storage room. There is some room in the storage room and additional storage closet on the property. The room shares a bathroom with a couple in their mid-20.

We all share the living spaces in the main house, including an awesome "smart TV" and a gas range stove. We try hard to keep the main house clean and do our part to maintain the house in good condition.

Two males in their mid twenties are renting the rooms in the main house (1 roommate is leaving to moving because he can not have a dog here). There is a couple, also in their mid-twenties, who live in the back house. We all love to bike, go out and enjoy the local bars, have friends over, but respect work and sleep schedules.

Roommates can be male or female. Must be able to pay rent of $500 a month (less than others because of smallest room and shared bath room) and 20% of utilities, Internet (usually around $80 pp/month, but sometimes more in the summer, less in the winter). I figure this is ideal for a young professional, grad student, or serious undergrad. Absolutely, positively, no pets.
