I am looking for a 12 month lease, renter will need to pay first, last and
security deposit. Utilities are not included, everything will be split evenly
unless renter requires additional cable options. I am a professional that
works Mon-Fri from 8-5, I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
This is my home so I will want someone respectful and clean that will treat
all areas of the home like their own. Renter must like dogs as I have a 2 year
old English Bulldog (other dogs may considered depending on breed).
