I live in a five bedroom house just on the outskirt of campus at 32nd and
Speedway. It's a short walk and a super quick bike ride to class. We have the
upstairs attic/loft bedroom for rent for $630 a month, not including bills
that normally run about $50 a month. The room comes with its own AC unit,
built in desk and shelves, small wardrobe and skylight. It offers privacy
being upstairs from the other rooms while also letting you intermingle with
your awesome roommates! Five girls, all UT students looking for another fun
roommate to live with. We like to go out some nights, chill down other times,
and also know when it's time to get serious and work hard for school. We try
to keep common areas clean, knowing that everyone gets behind sometimes, and I
can comfortably say we're pretty easy people to live with.
The house comes with a large front porch, huge back yard, driveway, front sun
room for bikes, and a comfortable and relaxed living room.
We would prefer to have someone who might be interested in staying for the
next school year! The lease for this term ends July 31st and if you chose to
sign for next term it would end in July of next year.
