I am looking to sublet my bedroom in Georgetown for June and July. It is a 5
bedroom house currently occupied by 5 female medical students. The room is a
basement room that has its own door/exit to the outside and shares a bathroom
with 1 other person. The room has a closet and currently fits my full size
bed, a large dresser and a night stand all comfortably. The house has a very
large kitchen, living room, backyard and backdeck, central AC, and a washer
and dryer.
- the room will be unfurnished
- dates are ~June 4- July 31. i can try to be flexible on the june 4, but not on the july 31 because the lease ends july 31 so everyone must be out then.
- rent is 950 plus utilities (we can talk about what it would be if you aren't staying an entire month)
