My roommate is moving back to South Korea, so I need a new roommate

in a 2 br luxury apartment on 82nd and 3rd Avenue. The apartment is available

short or long term, on June 1. You decide. Housekeeper cleans

every 3 weeks. The Apartment comes with Wifi, TV and cable.

The rent

I would like to have first when you make a decision

and the security/last month's rent when you move in.

Your bedroom is 11.5 ft x 8 ft with a sky view over 3rd Avenue.

Furniture in the room includes:

Full Bed

Bookcases

Dresser

Closet

The Apartment:

You will share a 26.5 ft x 12ft Living Room, Galley Kitchen, outdoor

balcony and one bathroom.

The newly-renovated apartment building, The Wimbledon

With the apartment on 82nd and 3rd, it is only a few blocks away from

great restaurants, bars, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Central

Park. The apartment is only a few blocks away from the 77th St (6) and

the 86th Street (4/5/6) stations.

Your Roommate:

I am open-minded, tolerant, well-traveled, clean, respectful, quiet and kind,

and when home I spend most of my time in my room. I am a creative life coach,

am in school and work in some venues in a couple of restaurants. I have one small

(and cute) Yorkie, "Jake." He is 2 years old, stays in my bedroom a lot, and is quite

the scardy cat. Jake thinks he is a watchdog when I'm around (He only barks).

Nothing threatening. He's too sweet!), but once he gets to know you he warms up

nicely. When I leave apartment, Jake stays on my bed, and never makes a noise.

I am close friends with my previous roommate, we get together usually for dinner.

Your Rent:

Rent plus expenses is $1550/ month plus half of the electricity bill.

Your rent includes: WiFi, Cable Television.

I would like to have first security when you make a decision

and the first month's rent when you move in.
