I am moving and need someone to sign and take over the rest of my lease at 425
Mass in Mt. Vernon Triangle starting around June 10th through December 30,
2012. The rent will be $1,765 monthly and this does not including utilities or
parking. The same unit is going for over $2,000 as of today on the company
website, so $1,765 is a great deal for a studio in the area. It is a great
location...It is very walkable to Gallery Place/Chinatown and Judiciary Square
metro stations. The circulator bus stop is right at 5th and Mass also. You
will have to sign a lease with the leasing company (Equity) and pass the
background check and income requirements, etc. You will have the option to
renew the lease at the end of December, but the rent will probably have the
standard increase at that time (which I am sure will still be lower than the
current asking rates.) The unit is not furnished but does have a washer/dryer
combo and my neighbors are super quiet and I never have problems with noise.
