About This Apartment

I will be moving out of my apartment on June 1st. However, my lease doesn't end until July, so I am looking for someone to take my place! I have one roommate, and he will be resigning in July. If at that time you'd like to resign as well, you will have that option.

The apartment in question is about 860 sq ft, 2/2 on the edge of Hyde Park. The bedroom you would be taking has a bathroom and two rather large closets (one is a walk-in). The rent is $520 ea. and with bills, I've never paid more than $580. The apartment building has washers and dryers, as well as two pools. Pets are allowed, but you do have to pay a deposit of $150. The place is in a fantastic neighborhood and is close to everything - about 3 blocks from Hancock Plaza, easy access to I-35. It's about a 7 minute drive to downtown, if traffic is in your favor. If you're into bikes, it takes about 20 minutes to get down to the east side, and about 10 to get up to the North Loop area. It's also not to far to Mueller, Target, etc. You would be living with one guy, and he's really chill and easy to live with.
