Hey yall!

I have the master bedroom (with private bathroom and walk-in closet) in a 3/2 apartment at the infamous Triangle Austin (located at 45th and Guadalupe). I'm looking to move out early to mid-June for a study abroad program (if you needed it earlier, we can talk about that). The lease is up July 31st, so this would be the perfect place for someone looking to sublease for the summer! There is free internet, free parking (in covered garage), and the electric bill normally comes out to like $30/mo each.

I am a female, but the other two roommates are males. One has already graduated from St. Ed's (last year) and is working as a leasing agent at an apartment building up north. The other is currently a student going into his junior year who will be enrolled in classes this summer. They are both laid back dudes who mostly keep to their rooms. They like to work out pretty much everyday at our gym here (if your looking for work out partners, these guys are seriously a good fit), go out downtown together whenever, and play the XBOX. They're both really easy to get along with.

The apartments are great and have their own little community of restaurants, shops, a bar, and a little grocery store. There are a ton of amenities (pool, gym, park, etc); check out the website. It's mostly college students and young professionals, but without the constant 18-year old "it's my first time getting drunk" shit show that goes down in West Campus 24/7. It's a short drive to downtown and there's a bus stop right outside the building that will take you downtown or to UT campus in like 10 minutes.
