three other occupants at the moment. I am looking for someone to take over my
lease from May 13 to August 5, when the lease ends. Perfect for summer
classes. You will have your own sink and cabinets. The living room and kitchen
is furnished as well as the room. It includes a desk, bed, and dresser. There
is also a closet and built in shelves above the desk. There is a deadbolt on
the door to your individual room. The price of $385 includes all utilities
(cable tv, internet, water etc). Each roommate is billed separately so no need
to worry about one roommate not making payment and making you pay for it. My
roommate kept his room but went home so it will be vacant the entire time
meaning you will not have a roommate to worry about. The complex includes a
game room, pool with hot tub, full size sand volleyball court and gym, all
