We are located just a block north of the Triangle, a few hundred feet off the 1L/1M/101 & Nightowl bus routes on Lamar for easy access to downtown and campus. House features washer/dryer, deck, gas grill big open kitchen, fragrant herb gardens in the summer and a fuzzy cat that likes to hide under the garden plants or chill out on your shoulders. Lease is month to month, but we prefer someone who plans on staying at least 4 months. Rent is $350 plus share of gas/electric/wifi. Looking for your standard clean responsible and friendly person who pays their bills on time. House is non- smoking but you are free to smoke outside if that's your thing. Sorry, NO DOGS, neither the cat nor the garden get along with pooches, no matter how absolutely adorable they are...if you are looking for a move in date that is after June first, please STOP CRUSHING MY EMAIL with July and August requests (seriously how many people are moving here in July and August?) , we are sure you're a great person, but none of us wants to pay your rent for you between now and then.
