I'm looking for a female to sublet a bedroom at the Texan North Campus. This
brand new apartment complex comes with new appliances, hard wood floors, and a
washer and dryer conveniently located inside our unit. It is quiet and
conveniently located near the IF and city bus stops. It's also walking
distance to the Triangle and the IF fields. The neighborhood is cute and very
safe!
It would be available starting in the middle of May until July 31st. Rent is
$573.75 with about $60 dollars give or take for utilities (which includes
cable, water, and utilities). We have found that this is the most reasonable
price you will find to get your own bedroom in North Campus!
There is plenty of parking. My three roommates who are staying here are laid
back, easy to get along with and will be out of the apartment alot for school
