Square metro. The bedroom is large & well lighted on the top floor of the
townhouse. The house is shared with three other roommates, all professional
males - however, one is vacating as of June 1st as well.
The townhouse features a washer & dryer, plenty of storage in the basement, a
full bath to be shared between yourself and one other roommate ( the two
masters have their own bath and pay slightly higher rent ). Parking on the
street is extremely easy, you'll never walk more than a block or so.
I've given notice for July 1st as a move out date, however, I do have a second
lease beginning as of May 26th. I'm more than happy to work with anyone who
can move in ASAP.
