I am looking for 1 roommate needed for a 2/2 condo at 708 Graham Pl. I am
leaving for the summer and trying to sublease my room. You'll be living with
one other guy, who has the upstairs bedroom. He is very chill but works a lot
so he's not home most of the time and mostly he keeps to himself. The rest of
the lease will be from May to July 31st. You will be splitting the bill with
the other roommate. Looking for someone who is clean and laid back. Parking
included. This is a great place if you go to UT and want to walk to campus,
only problem I have is the A/C unit leaks water in the tub which can be
annoying sometimes. No pets allowed. Email me if interested.
