the month of May. The room is furnished with a brand new queen sized bed and
has it's own closet, perfect for a couple visiting New York! You would also
have access to your own newly remodeled bathroom. The apartment is fully
furnished with a full kitchen, living room, and a giant private rooftop deck!
Perfect for May. I do have a small, very well behaved dog as well.
This apartment is located directly in the center of the city and is within
walking distance to tons of bars, restaurants, Broadway Shows, central park,
Times Square, and nearly every train line you want.
I am a 30 y.o. male, very respectful, clean, quiet, and busy.
The room is yours for $70/night....much cheaper than ANY hotel you would find
in Midtown with similar amenities. I would require payment up front.
