We have an entire basement with a private entrance, available on June 1st. The
basement consists of two rooms: 18.5' X 11' and 11' X 8.5', and a full
bathroom, all of which will be included in your rent. The $1300/Month covers
rent and all utilities (Water, Trash, Electric, Directv, Comcast internet).
You would have your own Directv DVR box in the basement as well. The house is
located 1.7 miles from the Ballston Metro station.
There are currently three of us living in the house, and one roommate is
moving out at the end of May. We are male professionals in our late twenties
who keep the place clean, and we are seeking someone similar to take over the
basement vacancy. We work hard during the week, and occasionally go out on the
weekends.
