DC). The house has a downstairs living space with shared living room, dining
room and galley kitchen. There is also a separate basement area with washer
and dryer and lots of room for storage. In the back is a small deck with a
grill. There is also an off street parking space available, so it would be
ideal for someone with a car (no need to register for DC tags or risk parking
on the street!). The house is furnished but anything you want to bring would
be welcome. The available bedroom is the larger of the two (perfect for a
young professional, graduate student, or a couple).
It is available from June 1st, for a 3-month summer sublet or on a longer term
basis if you would like. The house is located in the heart of Glover Park. It
is close to Safeway, Whole Foods, CVS, WSC; a 5 minute walk to the
shops/restaurants/bars of Wisconsin Ave; 15 minute walk to Georgetown. There
are sevearl D1/D2 bus stops merely one block from the house.
