I am a female full-time musician and when I'm in town I usually practice and
work at home and am usually out at night - though I don't really have a
regular routine (I play mainly upright and electric bass and am respectful
with my practice hours)
It's a 2 bedroom apt w living room, bathroom and kitchen with wood floors.
The room is of medium size with one wall exposed brick and one closet (with a
desk if you want it)
the apt is 3 blocks from the Subway, four blocks from Fairway, and close to
Riverbank State Park - it's super convenient and I've been here for almost 6
years.
