a formal dining room and lovely landscaped (shared) front-garden and back-
patio areas. House also has brand-new dishwasher/washer/dryer and tankless
electric hot water heater. Utilities -- gas, electric, water, WIFI --
separate; no cable. (Ample) street parking. The owner of the house, a writer
and entrepreneur, works from home during the day and has two friendly, medium-
size dogs. This room is available for rental for 2-6 months (full-month
intervals preferred); exact start and end dates are open to negotiation. Non-
