I'm looking for a female roommate to move into my beautiful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Woodley Park. The building has a 24 hour front desk, gym, computer room, and all utilities are included in the price! Your room has two closets, hardwood floors, and a view into an internal 'courtyard' and the Oyster Bilingual Elementary School, so it's quiet most of the time, and over the weekends.

I'm a female in my early twenties who keeps regular work hours and likes to keep things pretty laid back during the week. I like hitting up the restaurants and bars in nearby Adams Morgan, U Street, or Dupont on the weekends, but am not one to bring the party home. I'd like a roommate who is friendly, laid-back, responsible, and neat, especially. We don't need to be best friends, but someone who doesn't mind keeping a friendly atmosphere and chatting from time to time would be nice.
