with 1 other person
Room #2: 2nd bedroom with closet, will share bathroom with 1 other person
Apartment perks: Rooftop access, gym in building, close to Rock Creek Park,
several bus lines (L1, L2, L4, 90s, Circulator), Marriott Pool access, 24 hour
doorman
I am a 28 year old female, laid-back midwesterner who has lived here for 4
years. I like to drink wine on the rooftop, cook dinner and host the
occasional party. I happy hour about once a week, brunch every soften and hang
out with friends. I'm not looking for best friends but considerate new
roommates would be nice. Please no drugs or couples.
The main room furniture is leaving so if you have anything to contribute that
would be great! But not mandatory.
