I'm a college student in Austin. I have a fully furnished one bedroom, one bathroom apartment available for sublease May 15-August 15. You can rent for all or part of the time. Spacious living room, bedroom, walk in closet, kitchen, and bathroom. Small closet in bathroom as well as in living room. Nice size patio that you could throw a grill on for some summer bbq's!

I currently have a desk, chair, nightstand, and two beds in my apartment - a queen size and a twin. I can leave the furniture here if you would like to keep the apartment furnished or I can put it into summer storage. The kitchen is loaded with a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave It also has lots of shelving!

A little about my apartment complex - it has parking, lots of washers and dryers, two swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, fabulous management and maintenance if you ever need anything!

My apartment is located in Central Austin. It is right where two major highways (183 and 35) cross. The buses are fabulous. I don't drive to school because the buses go straight to campus, downtown, and anywhere else you want to go!

$500 for rent and all bills included (internet, electricity, water and gas) But I can drop the price if you are willing to rent for the full three months.
