We are definitely into conserving energy, and I am looking for like-minded roommates.

We generally like keeping the AC at 78-degrees (though can vary depending on the season).

Bills will be electricity, wireless, and gas (contact me for estimates for monthly bills).

Total per person for bills ranges between $60-$100.

In a sunny and bright 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom house

With: Hardwood Floors/Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, awesome backyard w/ flagstone patio, etc.

The house is located in the unique French Place neighborhood (just south of Fiesta), near the corner of 37th and Lafayette Ave (just off 38 1/2 street). 5-10 minute bike ride to the UT campus.

Bedroom 1:

*One large bay window + one small window *Very private as there is foliage in front of the window. *Gets good sunlight! *Size: about 15' by 12' (approx.) *Hardwood floors *a 2-door closet You:

*Laid back professional/grad student male or female. *Non-smoker *Age, late 20's and early 30's. *Appreciates a friendly, easy-going atmosphere and is comfortable with occasional dinner guests. *Clean, calm and respectful. *No animals *Considerate with noise levels (does not mean don't play music - just aware of the other roommates in the house). 1st Roommate:

Female, young 30's, artist, designer, morning bird, healthy eater, love the outdoors (backpacking, camping, etc), love yoga, into running, loves to cook, like hosting dinner parties, etc.

2nd Roommate:

Female, late 20's, full of life, energetic, great energy, involved in the Austin live music scene, healthy eater, likes to cook, like hosting dinner parties, etc.

We have plenty of furniture to fill the living areas and would prefer to keep the living room free of TV.

Move in cost:

*$550usd (your 1st months rent) + $550 security deposit *electric, gas and wireless will be charged while living in the house, bills range between $60-$100 per person. (not included in the total listed above)
