All utilities are included, except Internet, which we split amongst the roommates (will be about $15 per month). We currently do not have cable, but you are welcome to get it for your room if you wish.

About us: Two female roommates in their mid twenties. One is getting a graduate degree from American University, the other works in government in DC. We met via craigslist but get along great and are looking for a third person to complete the apartment. We are friendly and pretty easygoing but are definitely looking for someone to clean up after themselves.

About you:

We are looking for someone who keeps common areas clean, is not a party animal and just all around respectful. Non-smoker and no drugs. Someone who wants to do occasional roommate brunches/happy hours with the roommates but who also respects one another's space.

The lease you would sign is month to month, but we are looking for at least a six months to one year commitment. Also, if you are selected for the apartment, our building has an application and lease changing fee (we don't control that).
