apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, and a living room. It's clean,
has lots of light, and is located at 127th and Convent Ave. near the A, C, B,
D and 1 subway lines, easy walking distance to Columbia University. We have
wireless internet but no cable. $608 per month, plus split of the utilities
(internet and ConEd usually runs under $45), first months rent required up
front.
We are subletting the room from June 1st to June 30th.
About us:
We are two women in our late twenties/early thirties. One of us is a graduate
student, the other works full time. We have one friendly lap cat. We mostly
keep to ourselves but are friendly and happy to hang out when time permits.
We're looking for someone clean and respectful of common space. We have a
chore rotation and like to keep the apartment clean. Non-smoking. Overnight
guests are fine with notice.
