I am looking to fill my current bedroom. . . The boyfriend and I are finally moving in together.

The house in a very nice, hip hood and is in walking distance to all of the Manor Road restaurants, bars and coffee shops. There is also a bus stop down the street.

The room is upstairs and very spacious. I have a King bed and there is still enough room to dance around in. There is only one bathroom and it is downstairs.

You will share the house with my roommates, Kory and Lisa. Kory is in her mid- twenties and is currently working on her Master's Degree in Social work. Lisa is in her mid-twenties and works for Dell. They have decided on a female roommate so guys need not apply.

They are very fun, outgoing ladies who would like a similar gal to live with them.

You: Between the ages of 25-31, have a job or are in school, and LBGTQ friendly. Enjoys quiet weekdays (no huge parties or late night house guests), but likes to let loose on the weekends.

Not a 420 friendly house, but certainly beer, vodka or wine friendly!

You must pick up after yourself. . . no need for a clean freak, but dishes should not be left in the sink for a week.

I have had a very nice time living with Kory and Lisa and I want them to find a nice, fun, and most importantly NORMAL roommate.

Rent is $465/month plus utilities. There is also a deposit due before move-in of $465.00.
