I am looking for someone to sublease my studio/efficiency apartment for the
summer. It will be available from May 24th to August 9 (or for less time if
you're looking for something even more temporary than that; I'm flexible).
The location is excellent-- the neighborhood is very quiet, and it's less than
a 10-minute walk to campus. The apartment is on the second floor of a small
apartment complex. Vinyl wood floors, personal balcony, spacious walk-in
closet, and washer/dryer on-site. Furniture includes a full-sized bed, table
and chairs, and microwave.
