shape. It has a spacious back yard with a porch. It is less than a block away
from the Red River University bus stop. The room has three windows, ceiling
fan, and closet. There are hardwood floors and ceilings throughout the house.
The driveway accommodates three cars easily.
$600 per resident. $1800 for all 3 residents. The current lease goes until the
end of July and can be renewed for the next 2012-2013 school year if desired.
