My roommate and I (25 yrs) are looking for another female roommate to move
into a newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment on East 4th street in South Boston
for June 15th. (Very close to beach!) The apartment is currently under
construction, however, we did take video and can send it upon request. The
apartment features; new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, granite
countertops, dishwasher, washer/dryer, hardwood floors, renovated bathroom, a
back porch and landscaped fenced in yard. The common room and available
bedroom are pretty big. Fees include $1000 brokers fee , 1st month's rent
($1075) and security deposit. The landlord lives on the third floor. There are
3 girls living on the second floor and our unit is on the 1st floor. My
roommate and I do not have any pets. We're CLEAN and non-smokers. We're
looking for a roommate that is close in age, drama free, also clean, and easy
to get along with.
