Laid-back musician/homeowner in East Austin is seeking a roommate to help
share the space in my cool house. The home is a three bedroom with a large
living room/dining room space, wood floors, nice big front porch and a fenced-
in backyard, dishwasher, washer/dryer. I am looking for a responsible adult
with gainful employment who is basically as laid-back as I am, but also
willing to meet halfway on keeping messes cleaned up. $500, all bills paid,
including wireless internet and very basic cable. Just to be clear, I have
another roommate at the moment, but she and I are seeking a third person in
the house.
About me: I work for the state as a graphic designer and play in a couple of
bands here in town and basically just look for a roommate that wants to live
on the East side in the 183/MLK area. The house is on Eleanor Street. We can
